Thrilled to see our work highlighted by US HUPO as Data of the Month!
Our study, led by our former Doctoral candidate, Miriam Abele, under the supervision of our Proteomics Leader, Dr. Christina Ludwig, features a large-scale proteomics workflow analyzing over 300 diverse bacterial species — enabling the development of MS2Bac, a new bacterial identification algorithm.
Huge thanks to the community for recognizing our dataset and promoting it to the broader proteomics audience!
This recognition means a lot - not just for our team but for the incredible power of large-scale proteomics.
