BayBioMS advanced mass spectrometry seminar is for everyone interested in mass spectrometry in general and its application at TUM in particular. The aim is to provide a platform for scientific interaction and the opportunity to present your own research project within an interdisciplinary research community.
This seminar is suited for researchers in different fields of life sciences who are interested in applying or already use mass spectrometry for their particular research question, as well as for those who would like to hear more about this technology and its use by other research groups at TUM.
Our next advanced mass spectrometry seminar will take place on 22.01.2025. For more information and registration, please visit here.
In this seminar, you will hear more about from our two speakers the following topics:
“One Slice, Many Insights: Comprehensive Lung Tumor Classification through Mass spectrometry Imaging” - Dr. Juliana Gonçalves - Institute of Pathology, TUM
“Life in the community: (Meta-)Proteomic data and metabolic modelling integration to probe community metabolism and environmental adaptation in microbial communities” - Dr. Anna Burrichter - Professorship for Intestinal Microbiome, TUM
