In collaboration with Prof. Gianni Liti at Université côte d’Azur, CNRS, BaybioMS is a part of the EPIC-XS project "Phosphorylation landscapes in highly divergent yeasts and yeasts with TOR kinase single nucleotide polymorphisms derived from cancer genomes". Dr. Sylvester Holt from Université côte d’Azur has spent two weeks from 25.11 to 06.12 at BayBioMS to learn the protocols used for the analysis of the samples.
